Coaching is a collaborative process used to effectively facilitate change in a person.
In partnership, we will identify and work towards improvements. We will work together, supporting you to move from A to B, so that you’re living the life you want to live. Since it’s confidential, it makes it easy to explore things out loud, get an overview and figure out next steps.
You will move from your current situation to your desired situation.
You will set goals, take action & achieve results by finding the solutions that are right for you.
You will come away with new thinking, new insights, an improved mindset, different perspectives, a new strategy or approach, an effective plan or even clarity of thought.
We will have a structured conversation to explore what you want and how you can get it.
I will facilitate this process one-to-one– in person, over the phone or via Zoom.
Sessions last an hour and we can take it one at a time.
